TaeKwonDo Strength and Conditioning
This class is the companion to our Skills class. Without forms or sparring, we use basic TaeKwonDo techniques and modern sports science to boost strength, speed, flexibility, and agility through bag segments and targeted drills. Although it is the companion to our Skills class, it is also great for adults who are just looking for an fun and challenging way to increase their fitness and athletic levels, decrease their body fat, and increase their mental strength.
All adults train at their YOUR OWN PACE. The Strength and Conditioning class incorporates cutting edge science to provide intense physical activity in a short period of time. The actual work portion is about 40 minutes in length and is comprised of four ten minute segments that are performed quickly and energetically. The Strength and Conditioning class requires little equipment as we primarily utilize our own body weight and punching bags.
