My name is Sarah Harshey. I am a full time wife and mother of three beautiful children. As of April 2009, I have been an active member of the Overstreet’s Taekwondo Academy for 6 years. The benefits I receive from attending classes at the academy go way beyond just the physical. I always know I will get a great workout which has helped me in my never-ending battle of weight loss as well as building up my overall body strength. On top of that I also reap the benefits of building great friendships and meeting new people. As a full time mother, taekwondo has given me the opportunity to get out of the house and do something for myself if only for a few hours a week. Taekwondo is a great release for me physically, mentally and socially! |
