My husband and I wanted to provide our daughters,age 14 and 12, with knowledge on how to recognize and prevent potentially dangerous situations. We also wanted to arm them with the tools to help them to defend, if ever they find themselves in physical confrontation. The two hours of the Know & Go course went by really fast as girls were practicing how to avoid, diffuse and escape if something went wrong. It was hands on experience and all questions were answered by knowledgeable, professional and experienced instructors. The lifesaving techniques of Know & Go are easy to learn and to retain. After taking this course our girls gained a new sense of awareness and more confidence in themselves. We would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to protect themselves or their loved ones. |
